Desert Classic Trail
The Desert Classic Trail is situated on the Eastern part of the South Mountains. This trail is easier compared to the other trails on this list, but it still has some sections that can be quite technical. Overall it is a very fun ride and it is the most centrally located.
Directions: From E. Sky Harbor Blvd. turn left to merge onto I-10 E. Then take exit 157 for Elliot Rd. (7 miles). Then make a right at S. 44th St. and then make a left on E. San Gabriel Ave.(1 mile). Then E. San Gabriel Ave. becomes S. 40th Pl. and then S. 40th Pl. becomes E. Western Star Blvd. and then you will arrive at the Desert Classic Trail.
